If a visit to our shop isn’t possible then find an outfit on the website and phone or email us to see if we have it in stock in your size and colour choice. It is always best if you can visit the shop to try on several outfits as clients often finally decide to buy a different outfit from the one they had originally chosen on the website. We can arrange accommodation locally if you wish.
If a visit is not possible then find an outfit on the website and phone or email us to see if we have it in stock in your size and colour choice. We will ask you to tell us your measurements so that we can check these against the actual outfit. It is often necessary to go up a size to allow room for alterations to be done.

Bust: Place tape under arm and measure around the fullest part of your bust and across shoulder blades.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
Hips: Measure around the widest part with feet together, approximately 20cm below waistline.
You will be asked to pay over the phone by credit or debit card. This will be for the cost of the item and the postage cost which will include insurance for be for next day delivery in the UK or longer elsewhere, Because the fabrics are delicate and of high quality they require meticulous and careful packing to ensure their safe arrival. Therefore if you return the outfit to us, there will be a handling charge of £50 in addition to the postage both ways. You will be asked to complete the details at the bottom of this page.
Keeping the Outfit
Please notify us within 7 days (including Saturday and Sundays) by telephone +44 (0) 1934 712779, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Then that’s it, it’s all yours, go on and enjoy it.
Returning the outfit
If you do not wish to keep the outfit notify us within 7 days (including Saturdays and Sundays) of its arrival with you. After we have received the outfit back and after it has been inspected a refund of the cost of the outfit will be made to you but not the postage. If we do not hear from you within this time limit will be will be assumed that you are keeping the outfit and a refund will not be made. Outfits returned to us must arrive back within 7 days of their arrival with you. Reimbursement will be made within 21 days.
Condition of Outfit
Outfits must be in the same perfect condition as when they were sent out. Any damage when the outfit leaves us will have been agreed with you and written on a label on the outfit. Any damage sustained whilst in the clients possession will mean a refund cannot be made. Many outfits are fragile, use great care and keep covered when not being tried on. Wear protection over your head when fitting to avoid lipstick stains. Perfume and cigarette smoke are not acceptable.
Return of Goods
This is the sole responsibility of the buyer and a refund will not be made if the outfit is damaged. All swing tickets and labels must be in place. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance in the UK and we suggest you do the same. Keep tracking labels in case the parcel does not arrive. When a parcel arrives with you check the packaging for damage and if present inspect the contents before signing for it. If there is damage to the packaging ask the postman to Sign it ‘Damaged Delivery’.
